Great first kayak looking forward to putting some fish in it.

Purchased the NextGen 10 and was able to test it out on a local lake the other day. Was very happy with how easy it was to get into it from a ledge that was higher than the seat. On the water once the rudder was down stability was fantastic easy to paddle through the lake even with the wind kicking up a bit. Still need to land a fish in it.

My new lease on life!

Love my 10 Mk 2. The catamaran style hull is very stable in the water and easy to navigate with the rudder and foot controls. Also very happy with the extra service provided regarding delivery. Can't wait to get back on the water, great cardio and physio benefits. Highly recommend Kayaks 2 fish!!

Nextgen10 mk2

So happy with my Kayaks2fish Nextgen10 Mk2. I spent ages researching Kayaks, trying to get a kayak with good primary and secondary stability within my price range. I think the trimaran hull is the answer to this. I have tried standing in it on flat water and it works, and I also took it out on the bay in quite choppy water and it handles itself really well. I am now buying soft water cells and drybags and planning a 6 day trip down the Darling River. So far I am pretty sure it will carry the weight and have the storage space I need. The size of the kayak makes it easy to put on the roof of the car and carry by hand if needed (but I did buy the wheels that fit into the scupper holes). It was an easy pickup from the wharehouse. No issues with the quality so far and all the info I need online. Very good kayak in this price range.

Awesome kayaks

Purchased a NextGen 10 MkII and NextGen 9. Both excellent kayaks in the water - maneuverable and responsive. Quite light to carry, considering the load capacity. Only criticism of the NextGen 9 is it wiggles side to side when paddling - will be adding a rudder to help stabilise this. Easy to deal with and pick-up from warehouse went smoothly.

Great first kayak!

I bought the Next Gen 9 and it was better then I had anticipated! It's light enough that I can get it on my SUV by myself, I found it to be very stable on the lake, the chair was very comfortable (need to test past 1hr) and the 2 cup holders came in handy!

Great Kayaks

This kayak was my fifth purchase through Kayaks2Fish, upgrade for my youngest son. Great service as always and great products. Have had my Gen 9 for over 4 years and never had a problem with it. Use it regularly for my fishing trips and can't fault it.

Shipping

This item will be shipped to you from our warehouse in Wetherill Park (Sydney) NSW. Postage will be calculated based on your shipping postcode and the weight of the items.

For your peace of mind all our parcels are dispatched with a tracking number and require signature on delivery.

Warranty

All our products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team immediately should you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased from us.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period.

Returns

In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

Credit minus postage/delivery fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. Original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.
