Vtg Miniature Halloween Flocked Velvet Figures Black Cat Bat Tiny Beaded Eyes

The Bat will stand up on his own, the Cat will not. Both have little holes on the bottom that fit a pick as pictured which I believe were their original,  intended purpose.
