Replacement screw in soldering tip for 5V Cordless Soldering Irons using Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery. The tip is approximately 2 ohms which should make it compatible with Radio Shack and some other cordless units. Uses the standard small bulb style socket used on many irons. 

I once made an emergency cordless iron using this tip (one like it) and some batteries. Keep a couple in your "TO GO Bug Out Box" along with some batteries and a little solder. Hey, you never know!
