This is a Vintage Creamer and Sugar Bowl from Royal USA in the very popular blue & white Currier & Ives line offered at a very special price.  Both are in excellent condition but the bowl has lost its lid.  The creamer stands 2.75" high and has an 8 oz capacity.  The lidless sugar bowl is 2.5" high.  Open sugar bowls are common.  The creamer features the Currier & Ives "Steam Engine" while the sugar bowl features "Loading Cotton on the Mississippi".  The handle on the creamer is plain.  Neither piece is bottom marked as is the case with several piece from Royal.  I do not detect any flaws in these two pieces.
