Immediate payment is required for all orders including free collections. Orders will be shipped following a full payment. 

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared funds excluding the UK bank holidays.

Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your order being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

International orders are welcomed. Buyer is responsible for customs charges, handling fees and taxes.

In order to comply with eBay policies, we can ship your orders to your registered address on the system only. Please ensure that the address at the checkout is correct.

If you would like to cancel an order please do it on eBay as soon as possible. Please do not send messages to cancel the order as it might be read after dispatch.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

All returns must be approved on eBay and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please use eBay messages or open a return request through eBay. After receiving our confirmation place the item securely in its original packaging. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging and labels attached. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or replacement. 

Buyer pays the return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong part is sent.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that parts purchased are correct for their vehicle. Please examine the fitment chart above after comparing your part's original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part number with the stated OEM numbers above to ensure the correct fitting part is ordered.
