Postage
Items will be sent via either Australia Post or Courier within 1 business day after payment has cleared.
Returns
Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 60 days of receiving your item for a replacement or refund. We will require the item to be unused and undamaged and to be fully boxed in its original packaging. For change of mind returns postage costs are non refundable, and the buyer pays return shipping.
In the unlikely event that your items arrives damaged or faulty please email a photo of the damaged item via eBay messages within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or full refund. In cases where proof of damages/faults are clearly provided, damaged items may not need to be returned.
