The "Washington quarter," which is a common name for the U.S. 25-cent coin that has featured the image of George Washington, the first President of the United States, on its obverse side since 1932. These quarters are a fundamental part of U.S. currency and are widely used in everyday transactions. The obverse side of the Washington quarter features a left-facing bust of George Washington. This design has been relatively consistent since its introduction. The reverse side of the Washington quarter has seen numerous changes over the years.
