This is an antique Japanese wedding photo from the 13th year of Showa (1938).   Along with the bride and groom it contains some members sporting military medals as well as full imperial army dress uniform.  It  has a cover page hand written the names of all members including the date:  Showa 13th year (1938) November 23rd.  

The print measures 7 5/8" x 5 1/4" (19.5 x 13 cm) and overall in  very good condition with some sepia toning from age.   The protective outer cover measures 12 1/2" by 9 3/4"  (32 x 25 cm).
