This pretty dress is from David Meister in a misses size 12. Solid jet black in color with silver trim. 

Fully lined in silky polyester.  Body is rayon. Combo is nylon. Soft and stretchy.   Has a back zipper. There are built in bra cups.

waist is 16.5 inches across

hips are 19.5 inches across

sleeves are 25 inches long

length is 60 inches long
