These are from the estate of a doll collector who also repaired and refurbished dolls.  They are from her 'waiting for a doll' stock.

The larger pair is marked 'Lee Middleton Originals" on one boot.  The soles are 2.5" long (probably a bit less inside the boot).  They fasten with velcro on the side and have a large gold button on the flap.  They are still fastened together by the plastic clips.

The smaller pair are just a regular soft shoe.  They are about 1.5" along the sole and tie with laces.
