Payment through PayPal is preferred as it is then covered by the PayPal payment protection scheme.

Orders paid for by postal orders and cheques will be dispatched when full payment has cleared.

Shipping Information

1.1 When will I receive my delivery?

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

• Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 day however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hours 

1.2 Who will be delivering my parcel?

We use various delivery companies to deliver your parcel. For FREE Deliveries we use  2nd Class Royal Mail. For the Next Day deliveries, we use Parcelforce and also Royal Mail First Class service, depending on the size of the item.

1.3 What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

Returns Information

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note return delivery fees are covered by the buyer.

Faulty Goods

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Your item will be replaced.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault and don’t try to repair them, we may not be able to provide a refund.
