The top half of the Pyramid is hinged and opens to reveal a 4" square space for jewelry, trinkets or treasures. The entire Pyramid is made of heavy resin with a gold finish and excellent precise detail in the stonework and in the reliefs that decorate each side - including four seated Pharoahs from Abu Simbal, the ruins of Luxor, the gallery of six standing Pharoahs, and the all knowing Eye of Horus. That particular side is marked "© 2000 Veronese". The bottom is covered in black felt with "Veronese" markings.

It stands 6" tall on a 7.25" square base, and weighs almost 3 lbs.
