This is a Harlequin Vintage Tankard, Pitcher with rings on the middle of the side made by The Homer Laughlin China Company who also makes Fiesta ® Dinnerware, Fiestaware.  This Pitcher is Turquoise, blue colored and measures about 6 1/2 inches from spout to handle, about 4 3/4 inches tall, 3 3/4 inches diameter on the top, and about 4 inches diameter on the bottom.

This is vintage and does not include any factory box or packaging.  There is a very small crack at the top rim near the handle, a glazed over chip on the bottom rim, and some tiny chips on the edge of the spout.  It is in very good condition still maintaining a next to new nice glossy finish. There is normal color shading on the side of it.  Please look at the photos.
