Handmade Truss Rod Covers!!
The Cover In The Photo, Is The One You Will Receive!!
This auction is for one handmade truss rod cover with Eye Of Horus Inlay!! Cover is made from handcut Ebony, and inlay is Gold Mother of Pearl and Paua Shell. Hole spacing is 1 11/16" from the center of the top hole, to the center of either of the bottom two, and 11/16" center to center across the bottom two holes. Cover will fit MOST standard 3 hole truss rod covers on Taylor Acoustics. Please inquire with me if you need a different hole spacing, for the cover. Cover is made to a template to ensure a proper fit, but please double check, and measure your cover before buying. The finish is an oil finish. If you'd prefer a gloss finish, please let me know when you purchase the cover.
Please note, that these are made one at a time, by myself, the old fashion way. Not just an inexpensive, tacky, cheap overlay decal adhered to wood. It is real 1-2mm thick shell and will show different figure and color in different lighting and angles. The appearance of the shell is MUCH nicer in person!! It is hand cut, and hand routed, it is then set in the wood, glued in, sanded flush, polished and engraved, and a coat of lemon oil, to bring out the beautiful figure in both the wood and pearl shell! Please take care when mounting the cover to your guitar as to not over tighten the screws, potentially cracking the wood on the cover! As there are several different screw sizes used to attach truss rod covers to various guitars, mounting screws are NOT included. Please retain your original screws. All covers are made from excellent quality wood, and various colors and figures of pearl shell and stone.

Please be aware that although the covers will fit Taylor guitars, myself, or the products, are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, Taylor guitars in any way. The mention of the brand is only to inform the buyer which guitar this will fit.
DELIVERY TIME
APPROXIMATE delivery time from date of shipment is: Canada 4-8 business days, USA 10-20 business days, and Overseas 15-20 business days. (Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays in Canada and every other country, are NOT counted as business days) While 95% of shipments generally arrive in the above time frames, once in a while, it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery to the USA. Unfortunately, I do not know why it takes so long sometimes, but sadly I can not control the speed or operations of the postal service. I ask that you please be patient with circumstances beyond yours or my control. Please rest assured however, that I will make sure you receive the item you purchased. :-)
