Overall good condition, very good clean pages throughout. First edition first printing hardback 2017. Book cover boards are good but do have some edge and corner bumps and wear. Some light surface marks to the cover. Small water stain patch to the top right corner of the back cover - the rest of the book is free from any other water related defects - perfectly clean inside.
