The Your Plate Vegan Plate allows you to easily plan healthy meals with three easy sections to guide you in your food choice while getting a balanced intake on a vegan diet. We’ve also added an extra section in the middle for some tasty extras such as hummus, guacamole and pesto.

Our Low Carb plate has some great suggestions if you’re aiming for a high protein, low carb diet. 2/3 of the plate is high in protein sources: 1/3 derived from meats & fish, and 1/3 derived from the ultimate source of vegetable proteins: beans and legumes. The remaining 1/3 are sources of essential vitamins and minerals from green vegetables.

With three equally sized sections, this helps you to follow a balanced diet. By keeping carbohydrates to just one third of the plate, calorie intake is instantly reduced resulting in easy, sustainable weight loss.
