These O'Neill and Billabong board shorts are in very good condition with some light signs of wear ~ a some in the seat of the O'neill and the decal has delaminated on the Billabong.   Otherwise, very clean throughout, laundered prior to sale.  Both pairs have the grippy drawstrings so they won't untie while you're paddling out or catching a wave.  The tag on O'neill says 32, but based on the tape and comparing them with the Billabongs they are closer to a 34 an have some stretch.  So, these should both fit nicely (see photos for the tape).
