Antique 1920s Star & Moon Tinsel appliqué Halloween, masquerade party Dress & Hat set.  Black cotton with silvery hand sewn tinsel in star and moon shapes.  Short sleeves and drop waist.  The hat is very sweet as well.  

Great for Halloween and beyond.
