We accept payments via PayPal only as the quickest and most secure method to complete the checkout.

Card payments are also available via the PayPal interface.

Any refunds will be made via PayPal only.

Orders will be dispatched from Guangzhou, China. 

All orders placed will be dispatched in 2 working day.

We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.

Standard Delivery service is free and will normally take 8 - 12 working days (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).

At Euro Truck Parts, we hope that your happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. We offer a 30 days return policy so please get in touch if this happens and we'll guide you through the process.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel at that stage and the below policy will apply.

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day of delivery.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.

Faulty Items:

On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.

If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects.

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.

What's an OE or OEM number?

OEM stands for "Original Equipment", and is a number used to identify the original spare part.

Whilst your Car Manufacturers original part may be made by Bosch, you'll find that other Manufacturers also make equivalent part too. These vary in price and quality, simply choose the part that fits your needs best, we stock a range of different Suppliers so the choice is yours.
