For your consideration is a Hyundai Tucson Tailgate Latch Assembly with 3 mounting bolts.  It came from a 2011 Tucson.  

Condition: Good working condition with some minor surface marks. 
Testing: The latch opens and closes and I tested the actuator for proper function with a 12v battery.
