Conditions of Sale
Please read the entire description and look at pictures for details. Please ask questions at least 24 hours before auction ends. All items are sold as is with no warranties. Batteries may or may not be working and sealed items may be missing parts or not working. Your purchase will be shipped in a sturdy box by the US Postal Service unless otherwise stated (large and heavy things.) If you need me to ship to a different address than the one on your Paypal account, you must add that address to your PayPal account. I will only ship to official Paypal or eBay addresses and not ones given in an email. Please tell me immediately if there is any problem. So, if I sent a near mint sealed item, it must be returned in the same condition. Everything is sold as is and are sold on the secondary market as collectibles. I have multiples of many of these things and sometimes something could be worked out to satisfy the original transaction. And above all please remember that we are all allowed to make mistakes. Please don't get mad. If there was a mistake, I was simply (easily) distracted or not aware of something or mislead by the internet. It was not an attempt to defraud or cheat you.
