We receive no government funding and rely solely on the generosity of our supporters to fund our work. All money raised through eBay (minus fees) goes directly to the care of our rescued residents.

Despatch times are usually within 5 working days. We use Royal Mail 2nd class for all our deliveries under 2kg and a courier for those over this weight, therefore please allow up to 15 working days for delivery as there can be delays. If your order has not been delivered after 15 working days, please e-mail us so that we can try to resolve the problem.
