This vintage magazine, titled "The American Girl" and published in July 1938, is a rare find for collectors and enthusiasts of scouting and children's literature. With softcover wraps and written entirely in English, this piece of history was published by the Girl Scouts in the United States and covers topics related to scouting and children's interests. The magazine is perfect for those interested in antiquarian and collectible books and magazines.

This book is a time capsule from a previous era, with some examples in my collection going back over 250 years old. The conditions of media of this age can include fading, yellowing, cracking spines, odor, missing pages, loose or missing covers, and much more. I will try to alert you as to the condition of what I am listing. Each book I do a brief check of it's overall condition, but I cannot promise that something such as missing pages, or clipped photos could escape my glance. Thanks for checking out this old time classic!

I will be listing hundreds of vintage books, magazines and media in the coming weeks and months. Keep a look out for additional listings, and thanks for supporting this cancer survivor and small business!
