original SEALED PACKAGE that you received when it was shipped to you.
#2) Exception:
If we make a mistake in the listing
causing you to receive an item that is not the correct part, we will cover all costs
(shipping and purchase price).

will be responsible for all shipping costs if:

Any item that is NOT RETURNED in the same new condition
and original sealed packaging as the buyer received, will be subject to a
refund adjustment up to 50% to allow the part to be marked down and resold at a
lower "Used" "open package" price.
