Cleaned and sanitized Sanyo Foot Switch Model FS 87. It is in good condition and it operates with the matching Sanyo transcriber. The Model FS87 foot switch is equipped with a five pin connector as shown in the photos. Please make sure to check that this is the correct model foot petal to fit your transcriber before you order it, as I can't accept the return if you order the wrong item.
