Shipping

Most Item will be dispatched the Same Day (Purchased before 11:00AM) where possible or within one to two working days.

Please note: Normal Delivery time is 2 - 3 working days for delivery within United Kingdom (Main Land Only).

Royal Mail Second Class Post takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please contact us for postage charges if you are not in Mainland UK.

Return Policy

• If you need to return an item, please contact us with 24 hour and we will send you our returns procedure.
• The buyer will be liable to 15% handling and re-stocking Charge.
• Please clearly mark your parcel with your name, eBay ID and contact telephone number.
• We aim to process your refund within 2-3 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged, not been used and they are in original packaging.
• BUYER MUST PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE COST
• Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier.
• Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
• If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, We will not be held responsible for any labour costs or damage for installing or removing the product from your vehicle.
