1.1 Automatic mode function description
1) First select the heating mode/cooling mode.
2)Set the temperature and return difference, if you need to delay the start, then set the time for the delayed start
3) If you need to set the high and low temperature alarm, then set the high and low temperature alarm threshold by yourself
1.2 Description of the heating mode
When the detection temperature (current temperature) ≤ the set temperature - return difference temperature, the relay is on and the heating equipment starts to work.
When the detection temperature (current temperature) ≥ the set temperature, the relay is disconnected and the heating equipment stops working.
Example: set temperature 30°C, return difference temperature 5°C.
When the temperature 20℃ ≤ 25℃ (30-5 = 25), the relay is sucked to start heating, when the temperature reaches 30℃ ≥ the set temperature 30℃, the relay is disconnected and the heating stops.
1.3 Cooling mode description
when the detection temperature (current temperature) ≥ set temperature + return difference temperature, the relay conducts and the refrigeration equipment starts to work.
When the detection temperature (current temperature) ≤ the set temperature, the relay is disconnected and the refrigeration equipment stops working.
Example: set temperature 30°C, return difference temperature 5°C.
When the temperature is 36℃ ≥ 35℃ (30 + 5 = 35), the relay attracts to start cooling, when the temperature reaches 30℃ ≤ set temperature 30℃, the relay disconnects and stops cooling.
1.4 Description of the delayed start function
how long the delay (unit: seconds) after the end of a heating/cooling process will be before the next heating/cooling is allowed.
1.5 Temperature correction function
the system works for a long time and deviations may occur, corrected by this function, current temperature = measured temperature + calibrated value.
1.6 High and low temperature alarm function
Buzzer on and off: when switched on, the buzzer will sound after the alarm is turned on, when the button is pressed, the buzzer stops sounding.
High temperature alarm: after turning on the high temperature alarm, the relay will be disconnected after the current temperature is higher than the high temperature alarm temperature.
Low temperature alarm: after the low temperature alarm is turned on, the relay will be disconnected after the current temperature is lower than the low temperature alarm temperature.
1.7 Emergency braking function (emergency stop function)
When the emergency stop is switched on, the relay is disconnected regardless of the state; when the emergency stop is switched off, the relay returns to its normal state.
1.8 Whether the product can be disconnected and run offline in automatic mode
In automatic mode, when the parameters are set, the product can be disconnected and run offline, the parameters are not lost in power failure.
1.9 LAN data export function
After clicking "Export", the temperature data will be automatically exported to EXCEL for analysis of the temperature data.
