How long will it take before my order ships?

You should expect to receive your order in 4-10 business days. We aim to deliver faster than this, so you may receive your product sooner. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we do not provide pick-up facilities.

Is tracking available for my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked on the Aus Post website.

Please choose your item carefully as we do not accept returns just because you changed your mind.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, there are certain situations in which we allow returns like Faulty items, incorrect items sent from our factory.

Faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 Business Days.

Our tech may reach out to you via email or mobile to assist further.

In regards to faulty items buyer Must provide a video of the fault and buyer to arrange to package the item safely and send the item back to us within 7 days of opening a return request.

If you have a faulty item who pays for Postage Costs:

Please note we offer free postage on all our items to keep customers satisfied; however, once we confirm the fault and and video is sent we will approve return and cover all cost back to us using eBay return label.

If we get the item back and find it not to be faulty customer will only get a refund of 85 Percent ONLY.
