I try to describe my items to the best of my ability so please ask any questions before bidding to avoid any unnecessary costly returns. Thanks.

Terms of Sale:

COMBINED SHIPPING: We are happy to offer all our customers excellent savings by combining lots to save on postage/shipping costs. There’s no need to ask, we will adjust the invoice to include the savings and e-mail you the new total.

FEEDBACK: Good feedback is guaranteed on every transaction. This will be added after we know that your item has reached you safely and that you are happy with what you have received. If you’re not happy for whatever reason with your purchase, please contact us so that we can resolve whatever problem that may have occurred.

Do bear in mind though, that if you are bidding on pre-owned or VINTAGE items, that is exactly what they are. These are not new products and can have faults, wear or whatever. Each item is checked by us prior to listing and described accordingly. But with so many pieces coming in and going out, mistakes can happen. If your item isn’t as it should be, then contact us straight away so that we can put things right. An e-mail is always a much better way to resolve a small problem, rather than a pointless exchange of poor feedback
