A large collection of silver plated wares dating to the 1970's but which are in as new condition, have never been used and those with labels still have them attached. They have come to us through the family and were presented to commemorate a 50th wedding anniversary. There's a tradition in Wales to 'put things by' if they are of a special significance with the result that these have never been used and were discovered in a cupboard still wrapped in presentation paper which had been opened and then carefully resealed.
