19th century Geschutzt cold painted bronze of group of three quail birds, rarely available and beautifully detailed.  In good condition as they've been well-cared for having been in the family for a long time, most likely since they were first purchased.
Geschutzt is stamped on each bird, on the base or to one side at the base of the wing, as shown in the photos.  There is a tiny screw hole in the base of the middle bird that seems to indicate it was screwed onto something once upon a time.

The dimensions are 5cms wide x 5.3cms long x 3.2 cms high.
Solid bronze and quite heavy for the size weighing in at 143g it would also make a delightful paperweight.
