- All merchandise comes from CLEAN, NO SMOKING, NO PET environment.
- All preowned clothing items are Washed and/or Steamed.
- All shoes are cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment.
- All caps/hats are shipped in a box (excluding knits).
- We take pride in selling items that are either new or in excellent, gently used condition unless otherwise noted.
- If there is a problem that we may have overlooked, please contact us as soon as possible so it can be addressed before leaving negative feedback, allow us to make things right!
- We have a 30 day return policy, free returns for most domestic shipments. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will issue the refund within 1-2 business days. All new with tags (NWT) items must have the original tags attached or the refund will be denied. All return items must be in the condition in which you received it.
- All International orders sold outside the USA are Final.
