Items are carefully inspected, then sealed after photos.

I store all items in a smoke free environment.

I do not use any freshener or scent. If any previous lingering smells are present, they are disclosed. Items may have been cleaned / sanitized prior to listing.

I ship items within the continental US within 1-2 business days. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped Monday (unless a holiday).  I do not ship on U.S. holidays. Any orders placed the day before, or on a holiday, will be shipped the next business day.

I take pride in shipping items carefully.  However, if an item is received damaged, please contact me immediately.  All shipping materials (box, poly bag, bubble wrap, paper, etc.) must be kept, as well as it is necessary to take 7 pictures to document exterior damage of the box, as well as the interior damage of the item(s) that was purchased.  This documentation is required to file a damage claim with both USPS and UPS.
