If your fish/shrimp/cray/snails are DOA, please contact me before leaving feedback or asking for a refund. We will come to an arrangement. Please keep in mind that I may not see your message right away, but I will respond to you same day (unless you see my store is set to Away, but I still try to check even when on vacation)
