This is an excellent Conover, marked with his typical scratch texturing and in this case an attractive series of vertical lines, some of which terminate early in sharp points.
Condition: Very good condition piece, free from chips, cracks or repairs. Note that the vessel retains some old putty inside from where the previous owner used the pot to stage a dramatic series of vines. This has been left in place to leave the pot exactly as found.
