Both brand new and sealed. If the clip looks like it has any imperfections in the pic it does not., it is the protective plastic on the clip. Both are from sometime in 2015-2017. You honestly will have trouble finding the original Ellusionist Black Tiger clip anywhere or brand new with protective plastic which is why it has a high asking price. It is actually one of my favorite from my collection so I hope it goes to someone who will keep it in a collection or appreciate how cool it is when they use it.
