Precautions for use
This product is not a medicine but a food supplement based on collagen, hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, zinc and selenium with sweetener. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. To be consumed as part of a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store dry, away from light and heat.

RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery (we MUST be contacted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for return) All items being returned to us MUST be in the condition sent—sealed packaging on Brand new items, tags still attached with plastic string etc for clothing items. Items that are NOT returned in condition sent are also subject to a restocking fee (20%) since we will no longer be able to sell them as new. If an item that offered free shipping is returned to us (even though it was as described) We do charge a 20% restocking fee so that we are not out our costs. In the case shipping was paid, it is non refundable. We do not refund International Shipping costs for ANY reason. Damage claims need to be investigated and verified (we may ask that you provide digital photos of the damage or allow access to the package for inspection). Serial numbers or infrared watermarks will be authenticated once returns are received before a refund will be issued.

·         If mistakes happen, please give us an opportunity to correct any error before you leave a negative feedback.

·         All items are fully inspected prior to shipping in order to ensure the contents of the packages remain intact. In the event that an item arrives defective, you must contact us within 7 days upon receipt for a Return authorization. Defective items must be returned within 14 days for exchange or money-back option. Items will only be accepted for return in their original condition, with absolutely no accessories missing. ·         In the rare event that an item is not as described, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and it must be sent back to us within 14 days (upon receipt) in its original condition, with absolutely no accessories missing.  

·         If for some reason, within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your item and want to return it, the item must be in the condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item that is not due to a defect in the order. We will issue a credit for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost (unless the merchandise is damaged or defective).
