'Landscape' Book by Jeremy Walker (Hardback)

This book is Jeremy’s own personal view; a unique combination of history and landscape.

Jeremy’s debut book is the culmination of a journey that has taken him several years to complete. A journey that has taken him to some of Great Britain’s best loved photographic locations but mostly to lesser known hidden gems located well off the obvious beaten track. The book ‘Landscape’ explores Britain’s incredible and sometimes troubled history and its indelible link to the varied and beautiful landscapes that are to be found all around us.

Jeremy has photographed the magnificent and moody ruins of once impressive castles and abbeys that dominated the political and natural landscapes of their time, as well as more obscure and humble ruins that in their own way played an important role in the lives of those that lived and worked in their shadow.

This beautifully designed and produced hard back book of 232 pages, with both sumptuous black and white and colour images bring to life the work of one of Great Britain’s most highly regarded landscape photographers. Jeremy’s eye for dramatic landscapes, atmospheric weather conditions and his love of the past have combined to showcase the remarkable landscapes of Britain and how they have played a role in the history of a nation.
