This is a case compatible with ITX motherboards. While it seems some microATX motherboards can also fit, it is primarily designed for ITX only.

It is likely unused, purchased for building a compact PC. There is an optional glass panel for sale with a white-edged cherry blossom pattern, so spares are also available.
