Vintage DECO-TEL French Victorian Style Rotary Dial Phone in Ivory & Gold As Is Decorative Only

These Deco-Tel phones were made in a time when phones were still heavy and well built. They are known to hold up well and still valued by collectors. This Victorian-esque style also works well simply as part of a display.

Condition: 

I did a basic test and was unable to get a dial tone. The phone line cord is original and appears very brittle, so its possible it may just need a new phone line, but the base needs to be removed to access the port. The front panel appears like it may be missing it's embellishment as it is plain compared to the rest of the phone. The rest of the phone aesthetically appears in good shape with normal wear for it's age.
