When cleaning the window protection lens, first remove the air tube adapter with a slotted screwdriver, then unscrew the cone type air nozzle and clean the window lens with alcohol. Do not unscrew the ring type window lens holder to prevent the lens from being exposed to the polluted environment, dust from entering the interior and damaging the optical system. Due to smoke or oil and water, the outside of the lens will stick to the surface, and the lens will be burned due to the accumulation of beam energy. Therefore, keep the habit of cleaning regularly When cutting MDF leather and other materials, it is necessary to reduce the cutting focus and add no less than 30psi air aid. The NEJE E40 module provides metal high-pressure air assistance without additional purchase. When the air compressor is used as the air source, an oil-water filter needs to be added. Ordinary oil-water separator cannot filter oil-water 100%, so it needs to be cleaned regularly (several hours). If you plan to use it to cut wood, leather and other materials for a long time, it is recommended to buy high-quality high-capacity oil and water filters. E40 module is suitable for matching with ordinary oxygen generator to protect window lens from pollution, and it is recommended to use together.

ABOUT HIGH PRESSURE AIR ASSIST

When do you need high pressure air assist? Air-assisted engraving or cutting can only be used for engraving or cutting that produces more carbonized substances. Generally, the depth of engraving is less than 1mm, and the cutting of plywood less than 2mm does not require air assist. A small fan can be used to blow off the smoke generated by the engraving. Air assist is not recommended when engraving images, and adding air assist at this time will destroy image details. If your project will produce more smoke, it is recommended to use an oxygen generator to protect the lens for a long time. If you are used to cut wood, MDF, cardboard, leather and other materials that produce a large amount of carbonized substances and need at least 30psi of air assistance, it is recommended to use the air valve accessories provided by NEJE to control high-pressure gas.
