and I am pretty sure the

batteries are

"Dead Jim"

Possible battery rigamotis has set in due to sitting around for 29 years.

There is no way to tell since sealed.

aka battery corrosion.

Just like Kahn's crew. Some surrived,

and some did not.

But they are easy to change

Instructions and battery size (common)

Listed on the backside

Packaging does show signs

of battle damage.
