This furnace is pre-vacuumed to ensure that the oxygen content in the furnace is minimized, and then nitrogen, argon or nitrogen-hydrogen is introduced to obtain the desired heating treatment under the protection of the atmosphere. Due to its excellent atmosphere and compactness, it has been widely used in material laboratories or small batch production of semiconductors, silicon nitride and other products.

Features:
Product use: Box-type atmosphere furnace is ideal equipment for atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction in universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. It has the characteristics of a uniform temperature field, fast heating and cooling speed, energy saving, and can be introduced into a variety of gases.
Temperature control safety: The electric furnace adopts integrated circuit, module control, double-loop protection (bias temperature protection, ultra-high temperature protection, breakage protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and other protection functions) to make the electric furnace work stably, reliably, and safely.
Heating rate: The maximum heating rate is 30°C/min, and 20°C/min is recommended.
Furnace material: The internationally advanced lightweight alumina ceramic fiber is used, which has excellent thermal insulation effect, lightweight and high-temperature resistance, rapid cooling and rapid heating resistance, no cracks, no crystallization, no slag loss, and no need to worry about contamination of the fired products. The energy-saving effect is 60%-80% of the old-fashioned electric furnace.
Furnace design: The furnace adopts a stepped assembly structure, which integrates the laws of mechanics, which effectively ensures that the furnace is uniformly stressed during the heating process, ensures that the heat energy is not easily lost, and prolongs the service life of the furnace.

Gas control: 1 or more air inlets can be set at the air inlet, each air inlet is equipped with a needle valve, which is connected to a vacuum gauge. The outlet end is connected with one outlet hole, and all holes are equipped with a needle valve. Equipped with a vacuum pump.
Sealing method: The furnace door adopts the overall plane grinding and milling, and the silicone strip is embedded and sealed, which has a strong sealing performance, and the furnace door is easy to open and close.
