PlaneScape Torment D&D Original PC Game Win 95/98 Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 4 Disc CD Rom game.   In excellent playing condition, the cardboard sleeve case has signs of wear at corners typical of age.  Discs have been stored in sleeves when not in use.
