Don’t know much about this item, but I am told it is a variable power supply. Powers up seems to work fine. Has some dots on the dial where somebody’s indicated some voltage I assume. Cleaner ready to go. Seller has perfect ratings and ships fast and secure. I’ve been on eBay for over 26 years. Have fun!
