Buyer is responsible for any applicable charges for purchasing items internationally. The item will be labeled correctly on the customs form (not as gift), and a reasonable value will be put on the form as well.

Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container. 

All pieces leave the seller whole. Any pieces that are broken during shipping are not the responsibility of the seller. 

**Spring 2023 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE**

WHENEVER POSSIBLE, shipper will used tracked airmail for packages. Certain companies refuse to ship airmail to certain destinations (see link below), and surface shipping is the only option.

In most cases with airmail shipping via Japan Post, packages arrive at their destination approximately 7-10 business days after acceptance at the Japan Post office. Delays on either side of customs and/or transportation time to other countries could change this time, and is not the responsibility of the seller. Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.

Currently Japan Post refuses air or surface parcel mail to certain destinations (please check these restrictions at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html). Please be aware that this could increase shipping time dramatically, and the seller is not responsible for these restrictions nor delays in the arrival of any package. 

**NOTE: Currently Japan Post will only allow SURFACE mail to certain countries around the world.** If you are located outside of the USA/Canada, please contact the seller BEFORE PAYING to see what other options might be available based on your shipping address.
