I mainly sell 1980's GI Joe ARAH figures, but am experienced in most toy lines from the 1980's. Representing condition is difficult and subjective when dealing in 40-year old plastic and metal toys.
CONDITION:
Subsequent to my inspection I will give most items a condition rating as follows:
- High Grade or NM (Near Mint) Rating - Only very minor flaws are noted. This is usually small paint defects or single defects which do not take away from the movement or display of the item. I consider these collector grade.
- Great Rating - Minor flaws are noted. This is usually a couple paint/movement defects. Items is considered in played condition/taken care of. I consider these casual-serious collector grade.
- Good Rating - Moderate flaws are noted. This is usually several paint/movement defects. Item is considered in played with condition. I consider these casual collector grade.
- For Parts - Item is simply considered for parts as the condition is poor. I consider these just because you want them grade.
I DO NOT consider elbow cracks justification to downgrade a figures condition as some collectors do not care while others do (thus subjective). All elbow cracks will be visible in the photos and if you are not sure contact me.
