New, never used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is significant wear to the hinges from storage, including a number of scratches and scuffs. Most are still factory bagged, but during storage some sports drink was spilled onto the packages, leaving the bags with sticky residue. Lot of (10) complete sets, so (20) hinges.
