This is a lot of FOUR Flat Handle Butter Spreaders in the Promise pattern (1948) by Royal Crest.  Each of the butter spreaders measures 5 3/4 inches long, and the entire lot of 4 weighs 108.9 grams of sterling silver.  The butter spreaders are in Very Good Used Condition with the few and occasional light surface marks of careful use (which can probably be polished out), but there is no damage, and there are NO Monograms or Engravings.  Nothing is known of the history of these butter spreaders.  They have been inspected and given a good shine with a polishing cloth.
