I received these as a Christmas gift. When I finally opened the box, there was a tear in the rear seam on one boot. I returned them to UGG to have them repaired. The request was denied (the paperwork is in the box). Someone suggested taking them to a cobbler to have them sewn. I never did. Please see photos for details.
